As a little family we felt extremely welcome and perfectly looked after by the manager of the property Francesco. Communication upfront was perfect including advice on entering the country, flexibility in case corona would have made our arrival impossible etc. During our stay Francesco was always available and made sure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible.
