He picks you up and guides you to the villa because the way there is a little bit tricky. Furthermore he gives you some advice where you can go or what you can visit. Not to forget all the amenities of the villa. Francesco provides with all the basics like salt, pepper, juice, milk, towels … and on top with some Games like Badminton.
